Undoubtedly the world is changing and instead
of the traditional Client/Service Provider relationship, the
best relationships are now based on strategic partner alliances.
The conventional relationship between buyers and sellers of
translation services is for the translator only to be involved
towards the end of the project. We, and our existing clients,
think there is a far better way - involvement at the commencement
of the project. Why? Both Client and Supplier have the same
commitment to quality and schedules, but very often don't
understand each other's business. Working together and keeping
each other well informed means we can both plan our way around
and out of any problems that develop. This saves time and,
consequently, saves money.
The following case studies illustrate our
commitment, flexibility and ability to work in partnership
with our clients.
