• Our quality system is approved under ISO 9001:2000. This certification has been in place since 2005 and we recently passed our re-certification audit. Our quality system also complies with the new European translation standard BS EN 15038:2006 (Translation services – Service requirements).
• Zebra has long had a policy of providing easy-to-read guidelines for both internal and external use, to ensure that everyone knows what we want to achieve and how to achieve it.
• We operate a tried and tested system of checking translations, using a second skilled and experienced translator to check every aspect of the translation.
• We have successfully undergone client audits. We are happy to work together with you to ensure that our systems meet your needs.
• We also provide declarations to validate our translations.
